We collect information about you from Si Entries when you register to enter one of our events and for the purposes of solely administering that event; we also collect information from you when you voluntarily sign up to our mailing lists. Website usage information is collected using cookies.

We collect information about you to process your event entries, manage your account and, if you agree, to email you about other products or services we think may be of interest to you.
Dark & White Events Ltd will not share your information for marketing with any other companies or organisations.
Email marketing
Dark & White Events run an email marketing newsletter that is used to provide relevant information about the service and products supplied by www.darkandwhite.co.uk, www.trailrunningpeaks.com and www.darkwhitecycling.co.uk.
Subscription to the free service is completely optional and consent is either by the sign up form subscribepage.io/DarkWhiteEvents or selecting the tick box when you enter an event via Si Entries. Mailerlite acts as the data processor and stores all the personal information required for the service (email address is the only required information). You have the right to cancel the subscription at anytime and can do so via the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or alternatively contact us and we will unsubscribe you manually.
