We are delighted that you chose to enter events with Dark & White Events and we hope to provide you with a service that fulfils all your expectations, we do however recognise that sometimes problems occur.

Event refund requests by clients: event refunds are not guaranteed or given as a matter of course and will be assessed on an individual basis by the management. Unfortunately we are unable to consider or provide refunds in the event of the following – injuries, illness or accidents pre-event; in addition with any event entries made from 1/1/17 a monetary refund is only possible/available when an event is full and an entry place can be taken by someone on a waiting list. To cover yourself for any of these eventualities we strongly recommend that you take out appropriate personal insurance cover.
